Returns/Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products

Refund or exchange will only be accepted if we are notified at mysweetpeasg@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt only for incorrect or defective products sent. 

Minor stitching issues and factory markings are not considered defects. Items with slight variation to measurements stated or colours on-screen are also not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

Returns for Store Credit 

We do not provide cash refunds for returns. Returns are done on a case-by-case basis. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returns received after the stipulated timeframe (7 working days after approval) will be rejected. All parcels are to be mailed back to us via Registered Postage.

Returns must be in their original conditions received - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented with tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund.

Strictly no returns for sale items or items bought during promotional periods.

 

My Sweet Pea reserve the rights to turn away a return or exchange request if it does not meet the above requirements.
